In the new website that DigiSage designed and built for MaxBat, a minimalist menu, just “Shop” and “Inside MaxBat,” makes it easy and fun to browse their gear (which includes more than just bats). Many products offer customizable options, allowing customers to choose their preferred type of wood, handle finish, barrel finish, length, and the color of the MaxBat logo; customers can also add custom text which will be engraved on their bat’s barrel. As customers make their selections, a preview image updates in real-time, showing their choices.
If customers opt to create an account during checkout, they’re automatically enrolled in a loyalty program, which accumulates points in their account whenever they complete a purchase. Users can log into their account to check their points total, and the system also automatically emails members when they acquire enough points to qualify for a discount. In addition, members automatically receive 10% off purchases of $300 or more if they’re logged into their account during checkout.
